Chateau Palmer '88 - Good?
 

I wonder if there is a calling to have a dedicated 'wine' forum here. This could also feature whiskies, sake, champagne and even coffee (shops)?

But, on a different note has anyone tried the Palmer '88 and, if so, what do you think?

Palmer is always good, even when bad. Weak nose but well structured and balanced, good depth and finish. Not ready to drink yet, needs another 5 years. Not their best but not bad, however really a shame to drink it now.
