I missed the bottler's name, but one of the
(dry) Steens was October's white on Continental domestic flights in FC. I found it quite OK and was happy to see it again on my first flight in November. |
The wines made by Springfield Estate in Robertson are excellent. Life from Stone is relatively easy to get in the UK, so I drink quite a lot of it. Methode Ancienne is a fascinating wine for a New World winemaker.

Try Havana Hills wines. Great--in a French style--Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Merlot is the by-the-glass Merlot at Charles Nob Hill in San Francisco.
