Reno dining
 

Staying the weekend at the tlantis Casion Resort in Reno (Fri and Sat nts). Will have car. Interested in informal, "steak and stein" or Outback Steakhouse type places. Any info or suggestions?

I'm sorry I didn't see your post last month ranles. If I had, I would have said....

How about a minute down the street from the Atlantis (depending on traffic)! How's that for convenience?

Also, I always enjoy the all-you-can-eat Seafood Buffet (including Prime Rib, etc.) available on Friday and Saturday evenings at the Atlantis. The peel-and-eat shrimp is already peeled! http://www.flyertalk.com/dining/ftdi...orum/smile.gif

Probably a bit too late but I like Cattleman's which is by Washoe Lake some 20 miles south of Reno on US 395.

Thanks all. Been there done that.

Ate Steak and Seafood in hotel and had a room service pizza the second night. There is an Outback Steakhouse across the street and, well, outback from the places on Virginia.
