Las Vegas Buffets?
Going to Las Vegas September 18th for 5 days. What are the best buffets to eat? Any good "must see" lounge acts? Thanks.....

graymaxi -- You'll find tons of information, including buffets ratings, etc., on this site:

See "O", a Cirque du Soliel production. Awesome!!!
I'm not a buffet fan, but my friends that are like the buffet at Rio. |
I second everything that Sweet Willie said. The buffet at the Rio is the best, and you'll never see anything else like "O".

Hi: We go to Vegas several times a year every year. We look for quality versus quantity. Thus our choices for best buffets are: 1: Bellagio; 2: Mirage; 3: Golden Nugget; 4: Harrah's; If you have a car, try the Fiesta on Rancho Drive. Have a wonderful time. If you want a list of free things to see and do: Rio Hotel Masquerade Village show; Dancing waters at Bellagio; Pirate ship war at Treasure Island.

My last visit, Paris won hands down for the buffet. I ate there for breakfast, running $11.95. If you like smoked salmon & european breakfast fare, this is the place!
Good luck getting there on the 18th! JP |
I'd like to add that the breakfast buffet at Mandalay Bay is one of the best I've had.
And as far as shows go, I enjoyed "Mystere" far more than "O". Why? While "O" is indeed a great show, it is all about the presentation and the arena; "Mystere" (at least to me) was the more traditional Cirque Du Soleli show with a "human circus/unbelievable body control" element.
