Grolsch
A friend recently told me he liked German beer and named Grolsch among his favorites.
Wouldn't believe me when in a polite Canadian way I informer him it was a Dutch brewery that went back 400+ years so I whipped out my smartphone and educated the uneducated.

Working in McAllen, TX for 3 weeks so far and have tried many TX IPAs. The 2 better ones, as always, have been Deep Ellum and Hopadilla. I have been doordashing from Specs market. Fresh Squeezed and Stone Delicious round out the order.

The other day at Binny’s they happened to have some Maine Beer Company in stock. I got two bottles of Lunch and two of Fall, their seasonal coffee stout. It apparently has actual cold brew in it so I need to have it some time in the afternoon or I won’t sleep…
