Scotch egg is where it's at for me if we're talking deep fried eggs.

I’d never turn one down. Especially if there’s lamb gravy to dip it in.

777 (All Sevens) Brewing, Asheville, NC. Pale Ale & ESB drunk in reverse order. Comfortable bar, a little on the divey side.

They have a Wyndridge Farms glass? That's near where I used to live. In fact, last year, I attended one of their beer tappings.

I did not recognize the logo as being familiar. The brewery scene here continues to grow. I might have thought it was new and local. The list in the Field Guide looks like it now goes up to 150. The guide does extend into surrounding areas and includes distillers, wineries and makers of mead, cider, hard seltzer and ginger beer.

I grabbed an extra Ale Trail Guide for you and will send it along with beer when the trip is over.

Thank you! Wyndridge is local and is a decent brewery/cider producer.

Way too much Troeg's Perpetual at a work event. I'm glad I'm not driving home tomorrow. I think I need a giant Waffle House breakfast tomorrow for my liver to recover.

Last night at Glenbrook Brewery in Mrristown

Morristown IPA was decent. Sour wasn't too sour but really unique flavors, loved it. Lewis Morris was unremarkable, and Fort NN was actually bad.

I'm currently lunching at a pizza joint in Pittsboro, NC. Decided on a Bell's Two Hearted with my pizza and for dessert I'm going to try a bmc brewing (local spot) cherry sour.

Belgian Wit.

Nice head, good effervescence, and those banana notes you get from a German Hefe, but with some Belgian funk.

2 cans of Brewdog IPA into my evening. Just cracked the 3rd. 2 left in the fridge, I wonder if I'll get to them.
