I'll eat just about everything mentioned so far, except maybe brains and insects. One thing I cannot eat - fat. Makes me retch

Like bacon? Horrors! I can't stand undercooked bacon, but a crisp slice is a taste of heaven.

No, I'm with you - crispy bacon is heavenly. It's that soft fat like on a steak that I can't handle. I think it's a texture thing. Have you ever eaten crispy salt pork belly (dipped in corn meal and fried)? Now that is tasty fat that even surpasses bacon, in my book.

I hate those as well, don't even like seeing them on my plate! I doubt I could politely eat tripe if served it either.
