KFC today. I also remembered why I don't eat there, unfortunately.

Went out to lunch with several colleagues, grilled octopus (pulpo a la parilla) as an appetizer, rice with seafood (arroz con mariscos), ceviche and fried fish for lunch. Washed down with a local brew (Cusquena).

Happy Pete.

I threw leftover ingredients from last night's dinner into a Tupperware container. There was grilled eggplant, steamed green beans, homemade lemon vinaigrette dressing and homemade tapenade. It was an interesting combination and maybe a little too garlicky for a work lunch.

BTW, those ingredients were used to fill a whole wheat baguette last night, along with sliced hard boiled egg and roasted red peppers. Sweet potato chips on the side.

I was going to go out for lunch today but it started to rain super hard right as I was about to leave, so I ate leftovers from our catered lunch from Monday.
