Study says pasta doesn't make you fat so celebrate with some rigatoni

According to a study (never mind where) eating pasta does *NOT* make you fat. Excuse me while I go start the sauce.

(R)Amen!

I don't care if it was sponsored by Satan himself. I'm accepting the results.

Pastafarianism is legally recognized as a religion in Poland, The Netherlands and New Zealand. Is Italy next? :p

This is an image of 5 oz of pasta (200 calories) and the largest portion size anyone ate in the study was 3 oz. (120 calories)

So if roughly half of what's pictured here constitutes a large amount of pasta for you, and your normally eat even less, then yes, go ahead and keep eating pasta.

I do normally only eat 3 oz (dried, before cooking) of pasta at a time. I got tired of cooking too much at one time so started weighing it out on a digital scale.
