I would say yes... But not so familiar with the program. Can I choose the country where I sign up for?
No location in europe but I travel often zu Asia...

restaurants can be expensive, and dining programs can offer a lot

if you receive more than $225 in savings, it would be worth it

some programs are best for people dining with 1+ guests

IIRC starwood dining prog only in asia?
(their US dining site is just promos)
