What 2,000 Calories Looks LIke
Hi all!
I try to pay attention to what I'm consuming...well, at least most of the time... I gave up soda about 18 months ago but Starbucks froo froo beverages are still my #1 nemesis.
While calorie control is only one part of being healthy, I thought the images of what 2k calories was interesting. I'm not certain I could drink a 32 or 44 oz milkshake from Sonic though! Heck, I'm pretty sure I could not eat the surprisingly large amount of food from Subway!
I'm sure many, especially when in transit, may eat some of this stuff!

The first time I ate in a Cheesecake Factory in NY state (which I guess has a law that requires restaurants to post calorie counts?) I was amazed at the number of dishes that had 2000+ calories. Some even 3000+.
Yikes.
