Lunch: stopped at Andy’s Flour Power Cafe after eye surgery. Hadn’t eaten since dinner last night. I had the EBLT - the E is a pair of fried eggs, on rye with coffee and excellent home fries. The bread was a round loaf that must have been 10” in diameter. It was tough to finish but I managed.

Firehouse subs. Not very exciting but I was invited to lunch with the RC14001 internal audit team.

En route to HEL, presently transfering at ARN. At the contracted Menzies OW lounge T2, I had some grilled chicken legs, meatballs, potato salad and a self-blended mixed salad with beans. Red plonk on tap, unimpressively neutral in taste, consumed some beer too, but posting that in the appropriate thread.

Breakfast was a protein shake.
Lunch was a roast beef and boursin wrap, and half a pumpkin whoopie pie that the lady at my lunch place gave me without asking
Afternoon snack was a tangerine.
Dinner will be chicken fajita salad and maybe a little scotch.
