Oatmeal with raisins and honey this morning after my workout. Lunch was High Fiber bread with turkey and mustard. Washed down with some H2O. I've got some strawberries, cherries and a banana for my snacks and not sure yet what dinner will be. Cruise coming up in 59 days so I need to stay in bikini shape.

I like this thread a lot. It is good for those of us who are not yet OMNI enabeled.

Anyhow, here's what I am eating today:

Breakfast: Bananas and a cup of fresh raw milk (not yet pasteurized).

Lunch: Two gigantic burritos, one chicharron (pork rinds cooked in red chili sauce, nice and soft) and one chicken fajita with pico de gallo

Dinner: Stewed tomatoes with eggs on a bed of steamed long grained rice.

Breakfast: bowl of Raisin Bran with milk; mug of Spanish coffee

Lunch: Two hamburger patties, side salad, boiled carrots. Dessert: purple yogurt. Water and more coffee.

Dinner: Uzbek plov (my wife is Uzbek).

Salt & Pepper Pork with boiled rice & steamed veg.

Quite good for a light lunch.

Food today:
AM 1/2 glass of cranberry juice, pot of Tea, 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
Lunch: 1/2 sandwich: ham and cheese on ciabatta.
Dinner: 5 oz's of swordfish, steamed broccoli and fruit salad.
Beverages:
1 martini
2 glasses of Mighty Leaf, African Nectar Iced Tea.
bottled h2o between meals.

Not on a diet. yesterday food was same breakfast, chopped salad with tuna for lunch and homemade pizza (2 slices) for dinner.

Breakfast
Whole wheat english muffin with a little honey mustard, sliced avocado and tomotoe, drizzle a little olive oil and salt & pepper. That has been my breakfast the last 4 mornings. I did add 2 poached eggs to it today....GOOD STUFF!

Snack: Handful Jalepeno smoked almonds and Propel water.

Breakfast Today: Muffin and OJ

Lunch: Clam Chowder, 1/2 rocket and crayfish sandwich, 1/2 coronation chicken sandwich (Pret a Manger)

Impromptu snack: Banana, some kind of meat bun thing, a small cookie like thing

Dinner: Undecided.

Lots of water in between meals.

Not the healthiest of days...
