Most you've paid for a drink
I was dining yesterday afternoon in a gastropub in Knoxville Tn, prior to the Tennessee-Alabama basketball game. After dinner, I caught my son in law looking at the top shelf of the bar and asked him if he'd like an after dinner drink. When he said yes, I ordered 2 shots of Macallen's 18 year old scotch. It was excellent, but I was stunned when the bill arrived and I was charged $30.50. I was even more stunned when I saw that amount repeated lower on the bill.
$30 is easily 2 and a half times what I've paid for my next most expensive drink. I know y'all can top that, but were you shocked?

In terms of a whole bottle I've gone pretty high... Usually it's in a club and there are some funny stories attached to it but I guess you're asking for an individual drink
At the Ritz in Grand Cayman they used to have a great night every Friday, very loud house music and good (albeit expensive) drinks. I used to love it there, so decided to use the lobby lounge as the venue for my friend's birthday party. Since you only turn 21 once I decided to buy him a 15 litre bottle of Veuve Clicquot. I had to order it in advance, pre pay etc. Well because of this I had a bit of a reputation there and I got to know a lot of the staff.
I was entertaining some visitors at the lobby one day when I asked the bartender to pour me a port of his own recommendation, 3 glasses please. Well when I got the bill each glass cost $300CI (around $375 USD or so) and I was shocked. I would have thought that at such a price point he'd at least check with me first. Paid it, never went to that bar again but still used to visit the restaurants. I spoke with some of the managers of the restaurants and they all had some form of issue with him
Second place goes to a glass of scotch at a specialist bar in Clarke Quay in Singapore, only slightly cheaper

Two shots
But if you had two shots, it was really only $15.25/shot, which is not that bad for 18 year old scotch. There is no way you could get away for that in San Francisco; it would normally be around $20-30/shot here, depending upon establishment.
Knowingly paid: $54 for a glass of Krug. St. Francis hotel, Michael Mina Bourbon steak. I was at a corporate dinner, so it was not my money. I did not eat their dinner, so I justified it in spending the allotted money on one drink, a drink I would never pay for myself.
Unknowingly paid: $26 for a glass of champagne. Le Cinq in the Four Seasons in Paris. They wheel out the champagne cart after we sit down, and they say, "Would you like a glass of champagne?" Of course, no prices are listed or stated.
We look at the cart, they have dry, extra dry, and rose. Knowing that rose wine tends to be cheap, we both order rose. Little did we know that rose champagne is actually more expensive than regular champagne!
We were shocked the bill came, and we had paid $52 for two glasses of champagne.

In Singapore last October,
my friend insisted on a pair of Slings at Raffles. US$50+.
I shudder to think what the price would be
if they actually put a noticeable amount of liquor in it

Exchange rates tend to skew this a bit, particularly UK-US.
I've paid 16GBP for glasses of champagne and/or cocktails at some hotel bars in London, and 22 euro for a glass of wine at the Ritz in Paris. Part of this cost comes with the territory--I view it as a cover charge to make some calls, do some work, and experience great people watching for an hour or two.
Most I've paid for a shot or drink was 40CAD (back when the rate was .7 to the USD) for a shot of Johnny Blue at the St. James in Montreal. Worth it.

At Restaurant Underlindetraet in Odense, Denmank

MY colleague and I were celebrating a major contract win with the client. The client, upon discovering I was a fan of Armagnac, offered a glass of 1810 Renault Armagnac, which has not been produced for 150 years or so, he said. We had a glass, it was magnificent. I later discovered that the price was $600 per glass.

I only drink beer (other than a rare shot of tequila) so can't comment on drink or wine prices. Beer-wise, Japan was brutal. The worst was $14.50 for a Sapporo 12oz bottle at the Sheraton hotel bar in Sapporo. The best was at various isakayas with a 16oz draft at $8-9. Our normal routine of quaffing a number of cold ones at a bar/lounge after work was severely compromised. Singapore is not much better.

About 25 years back, my mentor asked me to take a visiting big wig to dinner. The gentleman ordered a $120 bottle wine. I was mortified and worried how I was going to explain the expense to my administrators. The visitor saw the look on my face and said that he was going to pay for it. That was the most expensive wine I had tasted.
