Adding that loaf to my list for next trip… Their flatbread/focaccia is also very good if you’re in that mood. As a bonus, it shares a parking lot with The Curb so I can get my coffee fix at the same time.

On the other side of the country, I also really like Bread & Salt in Jersey City, which is in the article. It’s a random location and short hours but we find it worth the trip when we’re running errands in NJ with a car.

Mr Fink is Italian, from Liguria no less, where focaccia is a religion. I always say if it came down to a choice between never eating focaccia again (the real thing, from his town) and me, I don't like my chances. So that is definitely on the list to try. I am putting in another order today and will probably add in a box of pastries as well. The entire loaf of Seeded City is now gonzo and was absolutely delicious. This could be a very dangerous place being only a few minutes from home.

sure that’s great - how about peanut butter and other jam / jelly? There are so many flavor choices :-)
I do enjoy these on Asian milk bread.

PB and B. Fried, if you like it Elvis-style. Can't beat a good old PB&B,

PB and B on whole wheat toast is such a quick and satisfying breakfast.

Not quite the same as an Elvis, however..

I think a little bacon on there would be worth a try. Maybe not...just thinking out loud.

The best bread I've ever had in my life is most likely the pork bread at the Park Side Restaurant in Corona, NY. I haven't been in a couple of years so don't have any photos but it is to die for.

It's in Jersey City by Hoboken, hardly random.

Also, I thought their focaccia was meh...a bit too salty. Otherwise, good ingredients.

Finkface , have you tried Wallflour Bake Shop? Apparently they're at Kaka'ako Farmers Market on Saturdays and pop up at Ili'ili Cash & Carry on Monday mornings.
Haven't had a chance to try yet but the pictures of their baked goods I see on Instagram look amazing, and I do like Runner & Stone in Brooklyn, where they used to work.
They have a focaccia for you to try....
