What food do you take with you on a flight

I tried LHR T5's Gordon Ramsey's Plane Food on a recent trans-atlantic day trip in Y. Was really impressed - all light and low on carbs/ starch, but filling enough to avoid hunger until you get out the other side. It was also a ridiculously cheap Ł13 which in London will barely get you a Pret meal.
