I'm not sorry. I gave one away and drank the other 5. I'd be willing to look for any beer you recommend the next time I'm in there. I'm down to just a couple miscellaneous cans and bottles in the fridge.

I had a Brut IPA for the first time on Friday (brewed by Rock Bottom Brewery Centennial). Probably the only IPA I could truly see myself drinking regularly.

Bluebird Bitter from Coniston Brewing Co. Bought as a single bottle and drunk slowly for maximum enjoyment.

I love IPA, but haven't had one of these I like. I guess I enjoy the resiny bittersweetness of traditional IPA.

Saint Dekkara Flanders Oud Bruin - a sour Belgian style ale aged in oak barrels. Brewed by Destihl. Batch year 2013. Like drinking a sour liquor. Interesting but not worth repeating.

We have an arrangement. Unfortunately he lives in a home with 2 beer drinkers. And his fiancées taste runs to the light side. I buy beer for myself only. If he enjoys what I share, fine. Same with him. But I’ll probably start declining some. I know what an Ultra is going to be, organic or not.

Different strokes for different folks. The plant manager gave me 3 beers a couple weeks ago. Friday he asked me how I liked them. I told him I thoroughly enjoyed the gose and IPA but didn’t care much for the blonde ale. His take was that the blonde ale was his favorite. Fair enough. Lots of folks drink a beer to cool down after yard work and are looking for something light and watery. I don’t do yard work.

Had a neighborhood party (16 adults and 11 kids), and I wasn't sure on the types of beers the adults would drink, so I bought a variety. Here is the report on the number of bottles I put into the recycling bin.
24-pack Stone IPA sampler - 1 bottle
24-pack Stella Artois - 0 bottles
12-pack O'Dell 90 Schilling - 0 bottles
12-pack Breckenridge Brewery Christmas Ale - 5 bottles (three by me)
