This one? http://www.dinersclub.at/karten/priv.../vintage-card/

Looks interesting. €140 p.a. is cheaper than Priority Pass unlimited lounge access but with the insurance and other benefits.

Too bad I can't apply, unless DC UK wakes up from its slumber.

"Arbitrary PIN for worldwide cash withdrawals and payments at vending machines"

I didn't think they'd issue a chip and signature card in Europe. Interesting.

It does have a PIN but the description seems to imply that it's not used all of the time. Is that the case?

If it actually says "arbitrary" it is a weird translation. :-)

The German "Frei wählbar" means, that the card holder can set the PIN to their likening. I think you send a fax to Diners or something. :-)

Most other Austrian banks set the PIN and the customer can't have it changed.

There is a Promoter offering a submit form with the first year free at the VIE Airport. Hes located actually at the F Gates.
I tried to contact DinersClub Austria via eMail to submit for this offer without the promoter but the rejected my answer to i should go to the promoter.
