Would this be of any benefit to NW WP members that don't already have an DL SM account? Sign up and get 1,000 miles, DL will merge accounts and you've got the 1,000 miles.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough ... the link brings up the enrollment form just fine, but when I enter all the information to set up a new account and click "Go", I get an error page saying that the system is unavailable. Have been trying for 24 hours, with 3 different browsers, from 3 different computers...

IC. My advice would be to call Delta about joining. At the bottom of the T&C the last sentence reads "Please refer Delta representative to 970616." Perhaps you can get the bonus enrolling over the phone. But I would verify this with the phone rep first. If that doesn't work I would contact Delta via delta.com and include the link in the comments section explaining your dilemma.
