MQMs on NW flights

I just booked an M class fare from JFK-SIN via NRT, and upgraded using miles. I had to purchase the ticket on the nwa.com website since DL.com said there were no flights between NRT and SIN. Once I got the itinerary on the DL website, it shows MQM of 20,236, which is 1.5x the miles from JFK-NRT and back. I am apparently not receiving credit for the NRT-SIN roud trip, which I expected to. When I called SMS, they said I should receive some MQMs, but they don't know how many because it is a NW flight? Can anyone chime in as to whether or not I will actually receive the MQMs?

Thanks for the expertise.

All M fares on NW metal will net you 1.5x MQMs (same as DL).

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you happen to know why the miles and MQM don't show up on the delta.com website? Or why my chosen seats don't show up?

NW flight, check NW's website. See if you can pull it up.

Typing in the locator brings up the flight itinerary, which shows approximate miles, but does not list MQM miles anywhere.

I guess I'll roll the dice. Others seem to think I'll get the appropriate credit.

I agree you'll get appropriate credit. My experience has been that DL and NW systems aren't completely integrated (e.g. when ticket is purchased at nwa.com, delta.com won't show the entire itinerary--maybe just first leg). You get 1.5 MQM/EQM on both airlines for YBM coach fares. Just to be safe, you might save your nwa.com itinerary showing JFK-NRT-SIN and return booked in M fare in case DL doesn't automatically give you 1.5X credit. But my experience has been that you will automatically receive the credit.

That's not what SkyMiles says today. M= 1.0; Y and B are 1.5x.

Until this spring M was 100% EQM on NW (and not upgradable). I wonder if DL just hasn't updated the website. They have been busy :)

M fares definitely earn 1.5x MQM. I also got 1.5x RDM ^
