Keep a good thing going promotion
These are repeat emails for the "Keep a good thing going promotion", where you get either 5000 or 10,000 miles per round trip. See this thread:
http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...n-up-100k.html
I received the 10,000 miles promotion email too, again. I registered already but didn't book any flights. My son got the 5000 miles promotion email, he didn't get any email the first time.

It is apparently targeted: "We are sorry, the SkyMiles number you entered is not eligible for this offer."
Just one more example of Delta not seeking out its passengers who live outside of North America.

I'm having trouble getting the page to load and complete. Wonder if it's just me (our internet is always going down).

I wasn't eligible the first time around, so I doubt I am this time. Page won't load for me either...

Or perhaps it's targeted in other ways, e.g. based on recent activity.

I got the e-mail but when I try to register it says my Skymiles account is not eligible. I sent an e-mail to Delta asking why are they sending me an offer for which I am not eligible. I await their response.
