Handful of ATL-CDG flights on 772LR in Oct

Just a heads up for anyone traveling to Paris this October. The first three Sundays in October the 772LR will sub for a 763ER on ATL-CDG. On the return, the first three Tuesdays in October will get a 772LR sub'd in. While in Europe, the aircraft will get the disinfection required for flights to Australia.

DL22 ATL-CDG 08:40pm-11:30am DL 77B - Sun 10/4, 10/11 & 10/18
DL21 CDG-ATL 01:30pm-05:20pm DL 77B - Tue 10/6, 10/13 & 10/20

That makes so much more sense than flying it EMPTY to/from LHR.

Agreed, but I still frown at seeing a 777-200LR flying a TATL US-Europe flight. Its almost like buying a Ferrari for intracity driving.

Australia requires aircraft to be fumegated (a process or chemical that isn't approved in the U.S.) so DL had been flying empty legs LHR to get it done. I think there was an old thread about it. I'll dig it up.

I was puzzled by this until I realized this poster meant "intracity" driving.
