Are upgrade notifications gone?

Gone???? Not at all...they continue to violate FCC Rules and call my house even though my NWA Elite Profile says "EMAIL, DO NOT CALL" (note: no I haven't complained to the fcc yet but it is rather annoying that there isn't a way for DL to stop breaking the law)...matter of fact just to ensure they properly have violated the law they call twice for each upgrade received

cbalaska ... I am experiencing the same thing. Am getting the upgrades at the 5 day window, but no emails. It's only been the past 2 or 3 weeks that this has been happening. I can live without the emails ... as long as the upgrades keep coming!

I went from getting none to getting multiples for the same flights. Annoying, especially when I think an e-mail is for a certain flight, and it's for another.

I got none for my flights last week. 3/4 upgraded at the window. I didn't know until I went to check in.

It seems those who used to get them aren't now and those who didn't are. Go figure. I agree with skmwalden -- as long as the upgrades keep coming, that's all that matters. :-)
