Rock! Is there anyone else in Phoenix that is ever eligible for these targeted promotions? I'm beginnning to think they black-listed me when I complained about the closure of the PHX CRC!

I can't see affiliations wireless. Any elites eligible? Seems to me like something aimed at occasional customers. Will try the link when I get home (after taxiing from ATL's fifth runway), but bet I get a rock.

Got one out of four. The one was a son who had not flown with Delta since July, 2008. He's flying down to SJO in two weeks so thanks! :)
