Award Search Broken?

I've been trying to book some international award tickets, but system comes back with no flights available. System down?

Having the same problem.. it was taking forever and asked me to click a link to view results and then nothing came up. Will try again later today and hopefully it will be working.

Clicking the the search schedule links gets nothing either....

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320))

Offline for a major upgrade? One can only hope.

One can only hope that the hope ends up materializing as you hope too.

If offline as part of a planned major upgrade, why not give advanced notice? Either way, they ought to consider waiving telephone booking fees when the website isn't functioning.

They do. One only has to wade through the overseas online help desk, whose default answer is usually 'you are doing something wrong.'

"They do" sometimes -- not always and certainly not generally -- and even then it often requires being handed off (sometimes repeatedly).

DL ought to make it far less painful to get the fee waived as the fees become a bigger part of the picture as a result of DL's technology failings.

It is working now. And no, I do not see any major upgrade.

sfozrhfco Apr 11, 2009 3:36 pm

If it is working, that in and of itself is a major upgrade.

Absolutely nothing new. Just a different kind of broke.

skchin Apr 12, 2009 7:19 am

Did it ever work?
