Help Transferring Miles!
 
Greetings, I have 15000 CO miles that I want to transfer to my DL miles ac.I got some help on the CO forum which gave me a link to webflyer which suggested I transfer them first to Amtrak and then Choice Hotels and then Delta.

The problem I have is I am SNN based and from reading the T/C OF Amtrak I have to be either US or Canada based.I also have to be a select member of Amtrak before I can transfer miles.To become a select member I have to have 5000 Amtrak miles which I would be willing to purchase but I need a US billing address.Any suggestions?

To be honest, it is not worth the effort to try to transfer all the miles
