Is row 26 on MD90 an exit row?

Seatguru marks the row as red. But delta.com seat map seems to indicate it's an exit row. I can't figure out which is correct.

They are both correct. It is, indeed, an exit row. But like many double overwing exits, the forward row (26 here) does not recline.

Is that the row that's missing the window seats?

So has extra leg room but can't recline? Seatguru probably should have mark the row yellow.

I'm in need of clarification on this. It appears on the Delta seat map that there are 3 exit rows, 26, 27 and 28, and Delta requires exit row qualification to get row 26. However, seatguru states row 26 has 1 inch less legroom than the regular seats. I don't care about the lack of recline, but if row 26 has less legroom than a regular seat, my 36 inseam husband will be sitting with his knees in his nose. Can someone verify the amount of legroom in this row? These are the last "exit row" seats available on the flight we will be on.
