So, will the 764 one-stop thru SLC also be replaced by this change?

Thoughts on F on this route with NW744 equipment

Wife and I are considering vacation plans for this year. Heard about the upgauge to 744 on the ATL-HNL route. Given the travel time we feel F will make the ride much more enjoyable.

Never been on a NW 744 in F (domestic) does anyone know what service to expect? Will it be DL's cabin service or NW's, though I understand will be NW crews and seating currently installed.

Sounds like about a 9-10 hour flight so figure a meal or two. What about AVOD?

THanks.

This will be a WBC cabin, with full AVOD and great seats! Probably a meal and a snack (same as DL's current service).

The downside: DL prices compared to NW prices.
Yeah, I still don't get that. We are on a PNS-HNL itinerary in F tomorrow. I booked it on NW, but all the flights are on DL metal. The NW price was right at 56% of the DL price.

Thumbs up

Just grabbed 4 first class seats on the 744 for this April.
Total of 300,000 CO miles and $40 fee.

Already have the highly-prized seats in row 77 ABJK

This will be the 3rd time I've scored standard reward tickets (4) in F to Hawaii during spring break (2005, 2008, 2009). ^

If you include the time zone change, April isn't that far off in Bangalore
