Anyone else have trouble recently with Delta bonus miles not posting to your account?

I participated in a special "buy miles" promo from Delta last August (100% bonus miles to match the miles purchased), and even though the offer said the bonus miles would post 3-4 weeks after the purchase, it's now 4 MONTHS later and I still have not received the bonus miles into my account. I called the Medallion desk and they told me there is no longer a phone number they can call for the Delta SkyMiles Service Desk, and advised me to fax the Service Desk regarding this issue, and also email from within the Delta website. I've done both more than once and haven't heard anything! Has anyone else experienced this horrible customer (non) service, or have any other suggestions on what to do?

My August Birthday bonus MQM's never posted. They weren't that many, but I was also told to send an email rather than reach SkyMiles by phone. It has been three weeks and still no response... I guess I will just forget about it.

October double miles transfer promotion had same issues

Many of us on this site had issues with the October double miles transfer promotion:

I transferred the miles on the last day but they did not post until a few days later, w/o the bonus miles. After three phonecalls and five emails with generic responses turning me down, I finally got someone on the phone yesterday that has promised that they appear in a few days time.

They refused to cancel the transaction after it seemed my complaints would go nowhere and generally just wouldn't acknowledge any issues I raised when I began the series of complaints a couple months ago. I think some of their CS reps are now more familiar with this problem after getting lots of other disgruntled flyers ringing up

Half of my birthday miles posted.
Really weird, I called three times and got three really different answers, like wait 2 more months then call back, or you were never signed up(then why did I get some miles posted?) and best of all, there is no birthday bonus!!!
I am now emailling and so far no luck.

My October birthday miles posted last week but I am still waiting for a 50% bonus on miles I purchased on November the 5th. I emailed Delta and recieved a reply stating it could not be dealt with by email and advised me to contact them by phone.
As I am based in Ireland the number I have to use seems to connect to a call centre that sounds Indian based.I found it very hard to explain my problem and am wondering if anybody has a number that might connect me to a USA based centre.
