Double Miles to Europe Question
I am now being told that my JFK-BUD flight does not qualify because my final destination was Prague. I specifically remember being told that the transatlantic portion had to be between the selected city pairs. I have sent a fax to Skymiles customer service.
Anyone else run into this situation?
Does not make sense since I did not orriginate in JFK nor did I originate in ATL for my qualifying flight between ATL-PRG.

Based upon my experience w/ this promo, they were quick to point out why I did NOT qualify before they really researched the matter.
Hopefully your fax will do some good. If not, just escalate the matter. I did and I got my miles in 7 days.

I am guessing that is why my ATL-MUC did not post. My return was FRA-ATL.
Did not see this in the original T&Cs.

I booked marked the webpage but it is gone. Apparently I need to print them out. My point is I had the TATL city pairs that qualified.
