First Class Meal Selection
What would the typical FC meal offering be on the following flights:
DL 1889 BOS - LAS Meal: Dinner
DL 1290 SLC - BOS Meal: Lunch

Some kind of chicken, some kind of carboydrate side, some kind of salad. DL's menu has been improving in terms of taste, but the menu is deliberately made to appeal to a broad palette, hence chicken.

In another thread, there's talk about new menus being brought out?
Is it feasible to say BOS-LAS will have expanded catering in F since it's a transcon?

Options this week on an evening SLC-MCO in F were:
Beef Short Rib with vegetables (sqaush) and mashed potatos, salad, bread, and chocolate cake.
or
Pasta with marinara sauce and ricotta cheese. Also served with salad, bread, and the cake.
