Entitlted to Online Bonus?

Entitlted to Online Bonus?
Is one entitled to the online booking bonus for flights booked prior to the bonus being done away with? I've recently taken several flights that I booked prior to the bonus being discontinued, and I haven't had any bonus miles posted onto my account. If I called Delta would they post them? Or am I no longer entitlted to them regardless of when the trips were booked?

Call and inquire. I have received the bonus for flights booked before it was discontinued but actually flown after.

i thought they discontinued the online bonus? i think the bonus for booking online is not having to pay the $20 per ticket to make the res.

Looks like they changed from 500 to 250 last fall and then did away with it completely sometime over the summer. Not that 250 or 500 RDMs are really that helpful (at least for me as I wasn't flying much during that time), but it was kinda cool at the time.

I had 4 itineraries booked prior to that announcement of discontinuation in August. I flew the last one 2 weeks ago.
I received a 500 pt bonus for each including the last one. It will post one week after the return.

Mine have posted with exceptions
I have received my bonus miles on all prior bookings expect the ones that had a schedule change after the cutoff date. Seems that resets something and you no longer qualify.
