I just tried it. I was able to access my itinerary list. It appears that the DL website has just undergone a change, and the itineraries are now listed in a different format. There is now a large-print listing of itineraries. Next to each one is a button labeled "Manage Trip"

The bummer is that you now need to go back to your itinerary list to access the other itineraries instead of having them on the same page as the itinerary that you are now viewing. Yet another extra page load on DL.com.

It is also only letting me access my current itenerary and not any in the future

just checked in for a flight on-line and noticed the change. got a certificate exception pop-up from firefox, but everything went smoothly after that. looks as though you need to click on "See Summary List" from the Itineraries & Check-In section of the main page in order to view all itineraries. You can also still choose a specific itinerary from the drop down.

you can't log out from this page either! COME ON DELTA! jeez.

Just checked and was able to access my itineraries. HATE the new change though. Font, colors, layout, etc. make the itineraries harder to read and follow. I have said it before, and this is proof yet again, the people at Delta that work on the website are clueless and out of touch with their customers. Anyone checked out AA.com lately and their new tool for booking flights. Quite nice and a positive change. Unlike Delta where every "enhancement" to the website seems to be steps behind their competitors.

I have four itineraries and I can access all of them.

They've eliminated the handy feature on the itinerary page that allowed me to check Mr. Tb's and Tb son's itins without logging in as them.

Since I'm the family travel agent, all I can say is "Grrrrrr".

Completely agree. This is not a step forward. What were they thinking? Unless this is some bizarre beta test.

One positive change is that when you go to access "Itineraries and Check In" from the pull down menu "Traveling and Check In" it goes straight to your itinerary list instead of to an additional page to click through.

Ugh. Another pleasant bug: I went and changed some seats...it took me to my itinerary page, like it should. Then I hit the back button (thinking it'd go back to the page w/ all my itineraries), and instead it took me to seat selections again.

I don't generally care for it, though it looks like they have added functionality to e-mail existing itineraries.

Not impressed one bit. This is a move backwards.

It does highlight schedule changes much better from your summary page, but that's about it.

All times are GMT -6. The time now is 2:52 pm.
