Anybody actually snag an upgrade for Thanksgiving?
 

Has anybody actually cleared for an upgrade for next week? Will anybody actually clear before Gate Lottery? The only flight I think I might have a snowballs chance in hell would be my return on Sunday, 11/26 - it's the 777 from JFK-ATL. It's been solid in Y for a few weeks and wide open in BE(F).

I have my fingers crossed for the 745am BOS-PBI on 11/22 and for the 730pm PBI-BOS on 11/27. Right now it looks like I might actually have a chance at both, but we shall see.

Last year, we (wife and I) cleared on the 11:30am SNA-ATL on 11/22 at the Gate, but this year, I might get in beforehand... We also cleared last year on the Sunday flight, at the gate, but this year, that one looks less likely.

I fly ATL-PHL-ATL each year on the Wednesday and Friday. Never get upgraded on Wednesday; always get upgraded on Friday. That's probably the lowest load day of the year and the crews always seem upbeat. Nice day to fly.

I've never missed on Wednesday. There are a lot of people traveling for sure, but the % of travelers who are Medallions is much lower.

I have a Y fare PBI-ATL and ATL-SLC. They have already told me both FC cabins are full. And I bought the ticket a few weeks ago. :(

I cleared all segments on 19 & 20 November, but had to cancel that trip. I'm cleared on my flight on 18 November.

What are your dates and flight numbers? It is possible that there is just no upgrade inventory but seats available that will allow you to clear at the gate or maybe a few days prior if you are lucky.

4 out of 4 segments have cleared on WAS-PHX and LA-WAS.

Cool! Doesn't look like any Plats cleared on my flights. The flights don't even have "V" inventory.

When I called, they said that the FC was completely sold out. I did not check on their web site though.
