I may be wrong, but I thought I once read that Delta will no longer provide blankets and pillows on flights in coach. Did this ever happen? I am flying to OGG this week and was wondering if I need to bring my own. Thanks.

On my recent SJU-JFK flight - we had maybe two dozen blankets and no pillows. It was a completely full ex-Song plane still in Song configuration.

Delta no longer supplies Pillows on their flights domestically. Except, Skywest commutter flights. Skywest has pillows, sometimes.
Blankets are still offered, in limited numbers though.

Last trip DL has own the pillows & blankets for international flights only when we went onto the trip to TLV. After DL gave me the pillow and blanket when I was flying out from ATL. I went to sleep mostly the times. Sometimes when I was watches the PTV for check out the flight tracker from ATL-TLV. I can't imagine when DL does still own pillows & blanet during long haul flight for international flights only.

Delta still supplies pillows on all flights, but they look suspiciously like 2 blankets wadded together.

As mentioned above the DL pillows are two or three blankers folded together and neatly placed between my head and the wall.
My blanket is usually the Sorel sweat shirt I fly with because the blankets provide about as much comfort and warmth as a cocktail napkin
