Delta Plat benefits on NW V or T fares....

Do either of these fares:

a) earn MQMs
b) qualify as upgradeable for DL plat

thanks for your help!

V fares earn .5x MQM, T fares earn 1x MQM. No upgrades as yet on NW.

Uh uh. NW v fares on NW metal have earned 500 EQM per segment (so far). I will be doing it again next week and will report back at that time.

As a sidebar, any auto upgrades received on those flights from NW or CO status is not lost if you change the number to SM after the upgrade is in place.

As far as upgrades for DL status is concerned, they're not there yet, but I would expect it after a while. When NW and CO joined up on this a few years ago, it took them a while to work out the upgrading thing, and it is only in the past year or so that each one's system automatically recognizes status on the other.

Thanks for the quick responses, but I'm a little confused: My MAIN question is

How many DELTA SKYMILES MQMs can I get (i.e. what's the ratio) for a NW flight/metal on a T or V fare.

Thanks again!

NW V class is 1x multiplier and T is .5.
The MQM calculator is on this page. The direct address won't past correctly since it's a javascript. The calculator works correctly except that it hasn't been updated for the 750 minimum base MQMs yet.

I seriously beg to differ. This year, I have received 500 Skymile EQMs (actually 501 for DTW-LGA) per NW V segment bought from NW flown on NW metal.
This is first-hand, the others above may just be just guessing from something that they have read.

What are you begging to differ on?

I advised that V class would get 1 for 1 MQMs and your "first hand" experience says that same thing. Actually, I have first hand experience at this too, I flew two NW V class segments after I thought I was done with Delta and low and behold, I got 1 MQM per mile flown.
