100,126 MQMs

That's my total after a shuttle run Sunday AM. Anyone going to shave a medallion threshold closer than that?

On AA, I will have 50,015 miles to requal for Platinum, upon my return from SEA on the evening of December 31. I realize this is non-DL, but it's a darn close shave!

On DL, I'm resigned to dropping to GM in March unless I get an unexpected "Patrice letter"! Not holding my breath, though. Just about 50,000 MQMs, with the other half going to AA.

0 MQMs. I have shaved gold level (for current plats) as close as possible. I expect many others can match this spectacular achievement, nevertheless.

Congrats RobertS975. I know you were one to hold out this year and still give DL all your business. I do regret missing all the perks this year, but still feel that my own well-documented protest was the right thing for me to do.

Tomorrow, I take my last flight of the year.

I just got off an ONT/ATL/BWI run and finished with 100,857 MQM's so it looks like you have me beat!

I will finish with 100,819 after a 4 segment RT on 12/30. Trip is being taken solely to hit 100K mark. While my miles will not be the lowest total to qualify for PM, my date of qualifying coupled with my my total miles has to put me on "the edge"

I was a mere 1400 MQMs short of PM status. I felt that it was foolish not to go for it, if for nothing else than the PMUs, the hope that the changes would be reversed or modified etc.

Of my 100K MQMs, there was some carry-over from 2002, 10K for Amex spending etc.

While you have me beat in terms of closest requal, I think I'm currently pretty darn close on the other side---99,842 MQMs. I'll hit 101,788 before year end, though, and am quite happy with my decision to stick with DL this year. Flew in domestic coach only once (voluntary flight change while in route---used my free *VIP airfone service to book myself on a tighter connection when my flight was due to arrive earlier than expected) this year, and looks like I'll have a similar hit rate next year.
