Will old RM miles upgrade domestic LUser fares??
 

From looking at my old Royal Medalion award booklet it would appears there's an award that upgrades all publishes Delta domestic fares.

I'm curious if LUser fares apply??

(I'm thinking it's something like 30kmi but don't have the book in front of me).

For 10,000 old FF miles you can upgrade any fare one-way. I did it last year SJU-ATL-SLC-PDX in U and T class. It was the best 10K miles that I ever spent. Thanks to GG and her DL Flyer's guide. Without them I would not have known that it was possible.

Even if you have only a small amount of old FF miles they can be valuable if used properly.

Know the award and its code when you call. You will have to guide the reservations agent because most current employees are not familiar with the old award levels. Be patient. The agent will have to dig around in their system to find and verify it. It is worth the wait.
