Delta E-Voucher refunds
 
I have a Delta E-Voucher. If I purchase a fully refundable ticket (part from voucher part on credit card) and then refund it, where will the money be refunded to?

If the original ticket you got the e-voucher for was refundable, then yes.

However, since e-vouchers are usually not issued for refundable tickets, you will not get the money from the voucher back as cash. It will go back to the respective original forms of payment.
