Does AF FP Rouge Card Allow CRC Access on Purely Domestic Flights?

Does AF FP Rouge Card Allow CRC Access on Purely Domestic Flights?
Has anyone figured out if AF FP Rouge (or any other SkyTeam Elite Plus) cards will allow access to Delta CRCs on purely domestic (U.S.) tickets (e.g. ATL-MCO)? The point being that a paid CRC membership does NOT give access to any SkyTeam partner lounges, while SkyTeam Elite Plus DOES grant access to all partner lounges. As a PM destined to quickly devolve to Tin (TM) Medallion, I'd still like some form of SkyTeam lounge access for those infrequent times I fly internationally (and I may not be on a business or first ticket). I know everyone says that there's nothing there once you hit PM, but the SkyTeam lounge access is a fairly worthwhile benefit and there doesn't seem to be any other way to get it than SkyTeam Elite Plus.
