Delta partners to Singapore?

Delta partners to Singapore?
i have tried (for FF mile purposes) to fly to Singapore in business class on a Skymiles partner. Air France does it, but for $9,000 (while Singapore Air is only $5,000 and while I get Delta mileage, I don't get elite qualifying mileage). Korean Air - well, I don't really feel like connecting through Seoul anytime soon).
Any other ideas?
