Anyone received their PLAT. packages yet?
I have not received my Platinum renewal package from Delta FF program. Has anyone out there yet?
Everytime I call Plat. Desk, they say - it is in the mail!
What is up with that?

This is only the 99th thread on the topic ... I suggest you do a search.
[Edited to add:] BTW, DL doesn't have a PLAT desk that I know of ... are you sure you didn't call AA by mistake?
