Cheapest area to buy t shirts
The Norfolk area(VA Bch, Chesapeake,Hampton & Newport News) has been the most ompetitive place on the east coast to buy t shirts and that is because of the number of runs(5K,8K & etc.) along with the miltary in the area. Maybe, this will be of help. The pin is also a great idea.
