Old FF miles needed for upgrade from Q

from LAOCA: 1,250 miles: Upgrades one way Y, B or M with no advance purchase.
2,500 miles: Upgrades one way M (advance purchase), H and Q fares.
10,000 miles: Upgrades one way K and L fares. Yes, L fares are upgradeable for 10k old miles.
Was just told that I'd need 5000 miles for one way Q upgrade.
Does anyone have a citeable place to tell the SMS agent about?
