AM Salon Premier card for Crown Room Access?

In the CRC at LGA last week saw a "Skyteam" card description/listing for valid CRC access. Corroborating the AM website, the "Salon Premier" card appears to be valid for admittance to the Crown Room.

Does anyone use this card ($200 first year/$150 subsequently) for regular access to the CRC? Is a DL/AM ticket required? Can you bring a guest? Does AF honor the "Salon Premier" membership?
