I also got the "already registerred" error message. The URL is probably one that the user got after filling out an enrollment. If you go to the site's home, then click enroll, you still are brought to the "already signed up," screen. I even tried to delete all cookies, but no luck. Looked through the SkyMiles stuff on DL web site, did not see a link or a tel# to enroll. Found a press release, but nothing about enrollment. So probably a cookie issue, or the site might just be broken.

It looks like this program also is set up with UA. You can only register a given credit card to be affiliated with one airline program. It looks very similar to the dining for miles programs. All the airlines have them, and the programs are mainly run by the same company. Each airline has a different 800 number, all going into the same call center. A message just flashes something like "United" or "Delta." Just called the number associated with UA shopping. They don't know what the issue is with the web site, as you would expect. When you talk to some of these phone reps, you get the sense they never surf the web, from how little they know about their own e-commerce operations. The rep said I could enroll for UA over the phone. Each airline will have its own 800 number for the program. I know its set up with at least UA and DL, not sure of others.
