cheaptickets.com and skymiles

does anyone know if tickets purchased on cheaptickets.com will earn miles with delta?, i bought a ticket with them and flew continetal via a northwest codeshare and wanted to claim the miles on my northwest account, which nw won't give miles for flights bought on cheaptickets.com co said they would resubmit it if i send in the boarding passes and tickets. just wondered if skymiles gave miles?
