Delta.com Not Providing Accuate Flight Options
 

I am trying to book a last minute flight NY to SEA and was hoping to snag an M fare since the direct mainline flights are showing the lowest available fare in H and Q. When I go and select "Coach-Flexible", the response I get are mostly Song offerings in B. The flights that I want 508 on the outbound and 1178 on the return don't even come up as an option in this class even though Carlon shows plenty of availability in YBM. On the flip side, Song does not come up either in the "Discounted-Coach" option. Not that there are H and lower fares still available or that I want to fly Song that far anyway. But I have noticed this on several recent flight searches and wonder if anyone else has seen this. I will call DL to check the options.

I can generally get Delta.com to display the flights I want by going to the 'additional flight options' screen and then checking the 'specific time' box.

Thanks for the heads-up. That seems to be the trick.

Try using that tactic on the award search tool and you'll suddenly notice the select button can disappear.

It seems the folks who put these enhancements together didn't quite get a chance to properly test them.
...sure, DL may have used tennis shoes to kick the tires, but we use steel-toed boots around here!
