Voice Response 800 line

The voice response software on the Platinum 800 line is one of the worst I've ever seen (heard). It misunderstands almost everything, or doesn't hear it at all (a tone deaf voice response; one way to cut down on calls). Plus it's structured incorrectly. I've asked them to put in a bypass; we'll see.

Press 9 and key it in the old way.

I haven't used the voice recognition system since they provided the 9-out option on April 1st. See this thread:

My post in that thread describes my key-stroke instructions on getting to a CSR (or at least on hold for one at busy times) in about 25 seconds.
