International: How's seat 44G, H, or J on 777??

International: How's seat 44G, H, or J on 777??
I'm hoping for the upgrade but for now I'm trying to select a survivable torture class seat on a DL 777. (DUB - ATL)
It looks like 44J (window, exit row) is wide open in front. My other choice is the aisle in the same row. (ie 44G).
Are these seats good?

If you want leg room go with 44G. The door sticks out a bit into your foot rest area on 44J.

Thanks, I was able to switch to 44G.
